All books sold through CosmicLuxe are made to order and printed on demand. Because each item is created specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions:
We will only accept returns or issue replacements if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item is received
How to Request a Replacement
If your order qualifies under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement at no additional cost.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size/format, or dissatisfaction with print-on-demand products.
